Meet the fringe team and teachers!
JODIE - SYT (fringe co-founder)
Jodie's Vinyasa Flow style classes are free-spirited, challenging and restorative all at once. With a decade of teaching yoga and a fierce dedication to her own practice and self development she shares her knowledge and experience in powerful and intelligent sequences, supported by a wealth of anatomy knowledge, breath work, intention setting and a deep belief that as we release the tension in our bodies we unravel the stories of our souls.
FEYZA - RYT (fringe studio manager)
Feyza is a former dancer who started practising yoga after a series of injuries. She was inspired by Jodie’s creative teaching and found that her body recognised the physical principals needed to develop her yoga practice. Feyza engaged in the first FYTT programme in 2016 and has since continued to broaden her learning through various training facilitated by Jodie, visiting teachers and attending classes as often as possible.
HANNAH - RYT
As with so many yogi’s living in today’s fast paced, western world Hannah found sanctuary and strength in Yoga at a time of great difficulty. She pursued her path of healing, both physical and spiritual to India where she fell in love with Yoga asana, philosophy, anatomy, mediation, mindfulness and the magic of the east. Something she is now passionate about sharing with the people around her.
SUE - RYT
Sue has been practising yoga for 20 years, and become her best friend, helping through many challenges and obstacles that life has thrown! It has made a transformational difference to her life and loves to share it with others, helping others fall in love with taking care of yourself, mind, body and spirit.
SAM - RYT
After a stressful busy lifestyle resulted in constant anxiety and a panic attack at work, Sam found the practice of yoga at a time when she needed it most. Having dipped in and out of yoga over the years it wasn’t until focusing on a regular practice that she noticed the huge benefits this was having both physically and mentally. Inspired to learn more about this beautiful ancient practice and the philosophy behind it, Sam completed her teacher training with Fringe Yoga in 2021. Her classes offer you time out to move and listen to your body, with a combination of creative sequencing, and restorative postures following the fringe method.
MARCELLA - RYT
Marcella completed her first 200 hour teacher training in Los Angeles at the Yoga Works studio and also trained with the amazing Fringe Yoga studio to learn their method of yoga. Her classes are varied and finds new ways to challenge both the mind and the body with creative sequences and meditation methods.
AMIE - Fringe.Mama.Hypyo RYT
Amie has been teaching yoga for 4 years and practiced throughout both of her pregnancies. This led her to become part of the fringe.tribe in 2021 as she trained in the fringe.mama.hypyo method which fuses the fringe.method with hynobirthing & Active Birthing philosophies. Amie’s classes are heartfelt & welcoming to all mama’s to be.
CHLOE - RYT (fringe social media manager)
After 4 stressful years of working in the veterinary profession, Chloe decided to follow her dreams and become a full time yoga teacher. Chloe teaches following the fringe method, working with the elements and corresponding chakras. Her classes are fun, free spirited and offer a safe environment to breathe, move, be still, and come back home to yourself. Regardless of whether you’re a beginner or a veteran on your mat, there will be something for you in Chloe's classes.
DINA - RYT
Dina started practising yoga with her dad as a child. After walking into a dynamic yoga class in 2008 her passion for yoga was reignited and helped her cope with the stresses of a sales job in London. She then spent years diving into different styles and finally completed her first Teacher Training in 2017. Dina brings her unique style to each class, helping people connect with their bodies and show that yoga can be fun and accessible for everyone.

Jodi began practicing yoga at 21 and went on to complete her teacher training with Fringe Yoga in 2018. She brings joy and enthusiasm to her classes and facilitates a safe and welcoming environment for students to develop and expand their practice. Her classes combine the creative Fringe.Yoga method with traditional practices such as meditation and breathwork, leaving you feeling renewed, relaxed and recharged.
